I have not used this product long so i cannot say how effective it is yet. But it came quickly and there aren't any unpleasant odors like with some herbs. Also the capsule was easy to swallow. This is a big deal for me because others have a tendacy to stick in my throat becoming useless to me. So that makes me very happy. This product has great herbs so i hope it works well for me.
