Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I decided to use this for awhile before leaving a review. So many people use only once and reviews can be misleading... this isn't productive for me. So, here's what I think about the Topo Mini after using for 1 1/2 months daily. I am about 5'3" and this is a perfect size 99% of the time. Occasionally I think I should have purchased the larger one to cause me to stretch further but that would be counter-productive in my daily usage. It's the perfect size for my shorter legs and keeps my lower back from getting tired because I do fidget regularly. I can just prop my toes, stretch my calves, etc without even thinking about it. It has a really good cushion when I choose to just stand straight but most of the time my feet are moving to one of the sides or center to relieve pressure from standing in one spot. I'm not even aware of the movement after awhile. It happens so naturally. I started off with standing for less than half a day... Now I usually stand all morning, sit for a while after lunch then stand again at the end of the workday for the last hour or so. I choose to stand or sit for different intervals every day but appreciate this mat each and every time I use it. If/when this one wears out I will definitely buy again. Great quality - I am overweight and was concerned that my weight would break it down faster but it seems such good quality that I anticipate it lasting for a long time.
