My partner loves chai tea lattes and we were looking to cut back on coffee shops, but still get the taste of one. Was looking up recipes and decided go give this mox a try. This tastes better than what you get at DD of SB! I ordered a hand milk frother and milk frothing pitcher and it's so easy to make and delicious! My friends feel so treated when I make them one too. I use the 16 oz Hot Chai Latte Barista Recipe on the back. I start by adding 2 scoops of mix to mug with scoop included. Then I will start that on the Keurig adding 8oz of hot water only. While that's going, I warm 4 oz of milk in a measuring cup in the microwave for 30 seconds and 5 second increments thereafter if not warm enough. You wan to be careful not to overheat or the milk will get yucky and you'll have to start with fresh milk again. While that's going, I go back to the mug with water once it's complete in mix, and stir thoroughly. Then go back to milk & pour warm milk in frothing pitcher and use handheld frother to froth. Once complete I pour in mug with hot latte mix and there you have the best hot chai latte ever! It sounds difficult, but once you do it once of twice, you will get the hang of it! The most inportant thing is just doing it all at the same time to where everything will stay warm enough when serving. Enjoy!
