Both my hands and Face were burned in a flash fire. I had 2nd degree burns. I ordered this product and started to use it. Mostly because it has stemcells. There is no way to know for sure how much this helped but it seemed to heal quickly and it didn't sting when I put it on. Made it feel better. About 2 to 3 weeks and my skin looks much better. I used about 1/2 a vial a day morning and night. I got better at making it last longer and down to 1/4 of a vial. For my face and hands.
