I purchased it due to not able to get to the gym however the cords for pulling are not strong may have to change cords to stronger. The stepper is pretty strong and sturdy for body weight but tight have not used yet but I will post pics and video when use so you can see yourself but I give it a 5star something is better than nothing however I have an old original stepper made out of metal without the cords which is very good but stay tune I will test this out, I wanted to add I now noticed suppose to count and monitor my steps etc don’t work it just comes on but don’t count
