I've been using Stevia powders for years now, as I've mostly cut traditional sugars out of my diet...but I still like to bake and make sweet drinks! I love the powdery consistency of this stevia...it blends lovely and mixes into batters quite easily. I personally notice no discernable difference in the 'sweetness' flavor from cutting out sugar, but this bag of stevia lasts a LOT longer. You need much less stevia to get that 'sweetness' than you would traditional sugar...or even other stevia brands. I would definitely recommend using a smaller amount than you would think and building up to the level of sweetness you're after, because there is a lot of bang for your buck here! I add a tiny scoop (not a precise measurer here!) to my blended ice-coffees and it gives me the perfect smooth and sweet drink to get my day going! The bag reseals very neatly as well, and it's nice and slender so it stores well in my packed coffee/tea cabinet, haha!
