I love this. I have very curly, frizzy hair that I have to re-curl every morning for a smooth & polished look. It’s a lot of work. I read sleeping in a silk cap might cut down some of that work. Without the cap, my hair was matted, frizzy and the waves/curls were stretched out & straggly in the morning. Now, with the cap, I only have to do some minor fixes to my bangs and that’s it! No re-curling my entire head. The curls are still there and look perfect! What used to take me 20 minutes, only takes me 5 now. And I’m not burning & damaging my hair every day! I love this cap!
