Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Originally, I just wanted the cheapest, smallest one available for my daughter to play her piano lesson CDs - hoping to spend maybe $20-25 bucks. But the ones in that price range were either personal players (requiring headphones) or ugly with bad reviews. Then I came across this one - very compact (approx. 5.5" x 5.5" x 7") and with bluetooth capability, which got me thinking about how nice that feature might be. For us, it plays CDs fine and I had no trouble connecting it via bluetooth to my iphone. We've also used it to play read-aloud books on CD. We don't use it for radio, but I can imagine how it leaves something to be desired with its imprecise analog control knob. Also, I wish there was a place to tuck in the antenna cord (which we don't need), so it didn't jut out of the back so awkwardly (see photo). Otherwise, I definitely recommend this to those who want a simple, mostly well-designed, ultra-compact little CD player with bluetooth.
