This is a pair of kid’s winter gloves in a brightly colored camo print. The outer layer is 100% water resistant polyester printed in a camo pattern that includes reds, yellows, blues, and purple, as well as grey and green. The inner lining is a thin knit fleece, while the insulation is Thinsulate. There is a strip of textured faux leather across the palms and fronts of the thumbs. The cuffs are knit polyester in grey. The gloves have plastic clips at the wrists to hold them together. The Arctix logo appears embroidered in large white letters on a grey background across the backs of the hands. The gloves were made in China. I’m not sure what to make of these gloves. I guess they have a camo print because camo is popular, but this is definitely a fashionable rather than functional version of camo. With the reds, yellows, and purples included in the camo print, these gloves are designed to be noticed rather than blend in and be invisible. The gloves appear to be made with care and seem warm enough for 25-45F weather. The faux leather across the palms and add an additional layer of moisture protection where you need it most. On my medium-sized women’s hands, the fingers of Youth size Medium are a little short. But on my 10-year-old nephew’s hands, the size Medium gloves fit well. Overall, these gloves are well made and suitable for kids who like to wear eye-catching camo clothing.
