I was really happy with this at first but after the first day or two, it became useless. It holds my phone for a minute but then all the tension lets out and it droops completely. I worked around it for a few more days, just trying to have it angled back as far and up as possible for me to still see my screen, only for it to still droop down with every bump in the road. I expected better. I'd return it but I threw away all the packaging so now I'm stuck with it. I have an iPhone 8 plus with an urban armor gear case on it, for any who are wondering. EDIT: I received a replacement and it's working as it should. Definitely recommend this product and I want to say how appreciative I am for their outstanding commitment to customer service
