I'm a women's size 14 and ordered a size medium. Looking at the other reviewers photos, I could see it ran a little large. I would have normally ordered an XL. I didn't want this to be oversized, but fit closely to my chest. I love how this fits! The material is soft and the deep v in the front and back is modest enough and you can still wear a bra. I'm 5'3 and it brushes the floor when I wear sandals. This dress is amazingly comfortable and easy to throw on!
