We are die-hard Amazon shoppers. Any time we see products with close to five stars average, our eyebrows raise and we look deeper into the reviews. We took the plunge and order the unit. 4-5 stars is a true rating for this product. The packaging was very professional. The unit itself is clearly very-well engineering and manufactured. Assembly was a no-brainer...no instructions needed. Unit charged quickly. We have a stained concrete floor with a polished finish. We did the whole first floor with plenty of power to spare., which we used to clean a bathroom ceramic tile floor with great results. Water sprayer works very well, although it sprays out very far out from the unit. We were very happy with the result. The swivel head is very maneuverable and the adjustable handle is great; I'm 6'1" and it was very comfortable to use fully extended. The included pad are a good quality; It remains to be seem how well they hold up, especially after washing...I think they will last a long time as long as they are air dried rather than using the machine dryer. in closing: if you have a finished wood, tile or concrete floor, you must get this. This is an honest, unbiased very for which no compensation was received. You will not be disappointed!
