I am a roughly 5'11 190 lb man, I certainly do not consider myself fat but not really in shape either. I purchased another UV shirt in XL and it was skin tight so I had to return it. Reviews of this shirt as well as the photo led me to believe it was the loose fit I was looking for and they were correct! It's going to stick to you when wet, but anything will.
