I’ve been looking for an icemaker for our home bar area at Costco but they were small and only made enough ice for 2-4 drinks. I was looking for something a little larger and higher capacity. This icemaker is about twice the size as the others. First off, it is heavy, well made not plastic feeling. This icemaker is quiet as well. It makes ice quickly, fills the ice basket then shuts off automatically. Any ice that melts, the water goes back into the system, no drain is needed. It is also easy to fill and holds almost a gallon of water. I am using bottled water, the ice is clear and tasty, Unlike refrigerator made ice. I highly recommend this icemaker.
