Yaaaaaa'll! Buy this thing. Seriously, add it to your cart right now and check out. RIGHT NOW! I have never liked straightening my hair. It took way too long (upwards of 2 hours) the flat iron would get caught in my hair, I'd burn my scalp trying to get too close, it just was a hassle. I NEVER EVER had the patience to deal with this. I seen these all over and wanted to try it but changed my mind. Finally, it came around again and I gave in and purchased it! I'm so glad I did because what used to be 2+ hours was only 45mins and most of that was taking my hair down and detangling it from washing it! The actual straightening process was maybe 20 mins. Black woman or people with coarse hair, let's be honest, you wonder will it really work for US... I know I did! The answer is YES! That was the only thing that stopped me. I only seen thin hair with no real texture being pictured. This thing completely changed the straightening game. I read it wouldn't get to your roots but I found that if your pieces are small enough, I didn't have a problem. The square design really helps with that! I know they also make a round one. I'm not sure how easy it would be to get into the roots with that one, but the square for me made a huge difference. That's another thing! My pieces weren't even all that small! With a flat iron, you had to do mini sections. Like really mini! Only sectioned my hair down the middle and 6 sections on each side. That is what drastically cut the time down! It still ran through it and straightened my hair without having to do small parts (which I hated before) Y'all I'm so serious, buy this thing!!!
