BEST chef knife
I LOVE good knives. Over the years, I have bought quite a few quality knives - usually German or Japanese knives.
I bought this one 4 years ago and it is absolutely my favorite. It's my go-to knife for so many things. I take good care of my knives - sharpen with a whetstone and never put into dishwasher. This knife will cut paper-think slices of tomato - my litmus test for knives.
I highly recommend this knife - you can easily whack open a watermelon or slice delicate layers of soft fruits and veggies. It's amazing.
