This is the perfect size (8 Quart) for use with the Anova Immersion Cooker. I also purchased the matching Rubbermaid lid: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000R8E164
The counter space required is about 10" x 10" and you will need about 17" height from counter when you attach the Anova (just in case you want to use it under your cabinets.)
