UPDATE: The firmware issue listed below has been resolved and I no longer get the error when cleaning. Almost two years later, this robot is still kicking butt and taking names. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing again. 5/5 ------------ I bought this vacuum because I have dark hard wood and patterned carpet that highlights any dust or dirt. I was consistently tired of having to vacuum everyday to maintain presentable home. This robot is unreal. It moves from hardwood to shag carpet without issue which was one of the problems I had with a previous Roomba. For about half the cost, you cant go wrong. Pros: -Cost -Features (House Mapping, clean from phone) -Mobility (Transition from carpet to hard wood, vice versa.) -Suction Power Cons: -Count on having to vacuum your corners cause this robot doesn't do them very well. -Random Brush Clogs(error 5). I found this is most likely a firmware issue rather than the brush being clogged as I get this error at fixed times during cleaning. I just simply un-pause the robot in the app, hit clean and it starts right back up. Slightly annoying. If anyone has found a resolution for this, please let me know.
