Original post: Just received today. As shown in attached photo the engraving is orange and burnt/rusty looking. Very disappointted that I wasted money on a poor quality collar. (See picture) Update: I was unsatisfied and contacted the seller, they quickly responded letting me know to wash the name plate to clear excess materials and here it is! Much happier. Rinsed it with water and a paper towel and it looks great. I would now recommend this product. My 11lb Shiz Tzu probably could have worn a XS but I purchased the S and it does fit.
