I feel like I see a lot of dumb reviewers. Just my opinion. If you look on the ingredients, it IS vinegar gel. Why don't I just soak my toes in vinegar you say? Well hm let's think about it. Soaking takes time. If you wanted to get at least 20 minutes a soak, prepping and washing your feet will make it a 30 minute ordeal already. Instead, I can just apply a gel that stays in place *unlike liquid* and go about my day. Smh...who cares if it smells bad? Your feet look worse than the smell! And it will not work super fast. It took a long time for your feet to get messed up, it's gonna take a long time to set it back. I've been using this from January 2018 and so far I've seen a lot of improvement. My big toenail is not longer super clunky looking. Before, if I painted the toenail, it's freaking obvious I have a messed up toenail. Now if I paint it, it's completely flat and passes for a normal toenail. My right pinky toe has also completely cleared, whereas in January, it was entirely filled with that white debris from bottom to top. I will continue using this as a daily regimen...pretty low risk solution for a mistake I made in not caring about my foot health. I only use it once a day typically, especially after I shower when the nail is soft and porous.
