My grandson turned 10 recently, during the coronavirus shelter-in-place order. The thought of him having a disappointing birthday, without peers, was heart-breaking. I decided to decorate my home with as many twinkle lights as possible - starlight - and purchased these, along with others. I had originally purchased and returned a different set that took almost a month to arrive and then did not work. I received these within a few days of my order. His 10th birthday celebration with his grandparents and parents, sans peers, was memorable. Mission accomplished! What I like about these lights: 1. short delivery timeline (sold locally), 2. brightness, 3. runs on electrical power, 4. switch conveniently located near the plug, 5. multiple settings from steady light to flashing to twinkling, etc.
