I recently installed Brazillian cherry engineered hardwood flooring in my kitchen and dining rooms. I have laminate in other parts of my house, and I have always had streaks regardless of what kind of cleaner I used. I decided to give the Black Diamond floor cleaner a shot before I used any other cleaning fluids. It takes a lot to impress me, but I already know that I will never use any other cleaner besides Black Diamond on my floors. We have had tons of rain this winter, and my dogs always have muddy feet even after I wipe them with towels. The Black Diamond cleaner cuts through the muddy paws prints. It also easily removed any mystery spots that appear in the kitchen floor while I am cooking. I use a Genuine Joe cotton dust mop on a daily basis. When a deeper cleaning is needed, I switch the mop head to the Genuine Joe microfiber mop head. I use a spray bottle to squirt the Black Diamond on the floor, and then I mop using the microfiber head following the direction of the wood grain. I don't have any streaks at all on my floors. The scent is a light, clean scent. It reminds me of a fabric softener smell.
