I love getting a mattress in the mail and being able to unpack it, carry it up a flight of stairs, and set it up myself. (I possibly am tougher than the average gal LOL). So far it has been gloriously comfortable and I am very happy with this purchase. I was having a lot of back pain as well as hip and shoulder pain which has all dissipated.
