Upon arrival, this pillow was very strange. It was mushed into a flat, vacuum sealed pile, but after some fluffing and shaping it popped right up. The material inside is very odd, as the pillow then holds the pictured shape perfectly. It's very firm and sturdy. I found that it emulated a recliner-style feeling when used in bed which was ideal for my purposes. It's a soft fabric, easy to spot clean, and neutral in color.
