Nice back support once I flipped it upside down :)
This pillow wasn't really that comfortable and started giving me neck pain and headaches until I started using it upside down. My bathtub has a straight back rather than sloped, once I began using the pillow upside down I realized this offered much more lower back support and less pressure on my neck.
