I tried it on myself and didnt get much out but I had recently done a charcoal mask so I decided to sit my poor boyfriend down and endure. What came out was shocking. YEARS of clogged pores and blackheads getting sucked up by this powerful little thing. Even blackheads that seemed layers deep and he couldnt get out himself. It was so satisfying to watch this suck up sebum and it doesnt hurt. BEWARE that the first time I left a bruise line down my cheek because I held it there too long. I steamed my face and his for 5 minutes for maximum effect and it works much better that way. Whatever this doesnt suck up will be loosened and you can go in with your fingers and squeeze or use a tool. Im not sure about the microderm head but it did seem to be getting dead skin and it looked like microfiber hairs on the stone it was pretty cool. Overall my face felt so much better after using it but the real difference was in my boyfriend's face, he filled the entire tip and some of the filter with sebum thats how much this thing sucked out, he's pretty much got a new face. If you have large pores or a lot of blackheads, GET THIS you wont regret it and its much cheaper than constantly visiting the spa. Dont forget to STEAM YOUR FACE or shower with hot water first, many people giving this a negative review are just not using this properly.
