I had been wanting an air fryer/dehydrater/small over for awhile but didn’t pull the trigger until recently. I almost got a Breville, but it’s soooo big. This thing showed up on a Target ad for $80...I HAD to get it at that price. I found it on Amazon for the same price at the time (although it’s gone up). So far I’ve only used the air fryer function and it’s FANTASTIC and sooo easy to clean. All interior accessories are dishwasher safe and the door pops off for an easy wipe down. It heats up quickly and it’s barely louder than a microwave. The chicken thighs I did were BETTER than using the sous vide. The only problems I have with it are the lack of instruction and care in the user manual (but the instant pot website compensates for it) and I wish it had just 1 more interior rack. Also, the requirement to turn food during the cook process can get tricky and messy until you figure out a method. The interior racks are perforated and aren’t physically supported once they’re about half way removed, so you’ll have to remove them completely, or at least past the drip pan to turn your food. The simple remedy that I’ve used is to put a small foil lined baking sheet on the open door when removing the racks. Oh yeah, it has a rotisserie too! That is next on to do list! I absolutely recommend it, but Instant Pot has never steered me wrong.
