If you don't walk past a mirror and think "Oh, man, I'd totally do myself", then you need to get another mirror. I'm 185 pounds, ok probably 192, but I'm too scared to get on the scale. I'm 5'6, size 10/12 more 12 than 10. 42/35/44. I got the XL. This dress hits below the knee, thankfully as my 42 year old knees look like they've sustained severe wind and hail damage. I can't believe how great the material is. I usually only find dresses that are as thick as a Kleenex and we all know how lumps look under Kleenex. Well, maybe we don't all know. The waist is fitted, but totally has enough give so that I can f up my boyfriend's Christmas party buffet and open bar and not worry about not having enough room to go back for fourths(seventeenth for drinks). The sleeves are great and conceal my gelatinous arms. The support is impressive and if you're not too heavy in the mammary department, you may not even need to wear a bra. I have broad shoulders and usually have problems finding clothes that embrace my linebacker upper body, without making it appear even larger. I'll probably order an L for the days I feel like I can get away with a little bit of discomfort, or happen to lose 10 pounds. The best LBD I've had since I didn't know what LBD stood for(13 years).
