GREAT item. I have a hobby that keeps my sitting for hours at a time, and recently had to move this hobby to a lower table and had to sit on the floor. My butt would get sore and hurt my back, and I really needed a floor cushion that would keep that from happening. I must say, this pillow does work well, although a bit pricier than I originally had in mind! A few things I've noticed: -if you're working low to the ground, sitting directly on top of this pillow may give you too much height. The pillow is a bit taller than you'd think, so it props you up. An easy fix to this is to shift the pillow around (it's filled with buckwheat or something, so you can shift the shape to suit whatever height you need) -if you decide to shift the pillow around, or sit on the edges, it will cause you to get a bit sore from the weakened support, but definitely nowhere near as sore as sitting on the ground would get you -it's a bit uncomfortable at first because it's not soft. It's sturdy and firm and meant to keep you in place Overall it's a GREAT product, but I give it 4/5 stars for the comfort. But, to be fair, I'm not using it how it was designed, so it holds up pretty well!
