Fresh Kitchen
Loved this kit. We wanted to do a light remodel on our kitchen and thought that this would be perfect for refreshing our MDF island counter and 1950s faux marble laminate. This worked like a charm. It was easy though time consuming and the island looks great. We wanted a whiter look with less black so we got an extra can of the white limestone paint and didn’t use the gold at all. After watching countless YouTube videos, this turned out really well. Because previous reviews mentioned eventual wearing away of the sealer that comes with the kit, we opted instead for envirotex epoxy resin, which dried hard as glass and should be much more durable than what comes with the kit, not to mention gives it a smooth glow that you just can’t get with the included poly.
