I was really excited to get this product but was a little disappointed. I washed it and than went on a hike. My first drink the water tasted funny, so I went home and washed it again and I still got a funny taste. I email the company direct (not amazon or the company that full filled the order) and informed them of the problem. They said it suppose to be odorless and tasteless but suggest that I wash it with vinegar/water. I soaked it overnight with a 50/50 solution that they suggested and tried it again but the next day it still had that funny taste. I email the company back and they asked me for my address so they can send me a new one. Two days later I received a package with the new Collapsible water bottle. Now this bottle I washed it the same way and tried it out. I'm happy to say that this bottle was odorless and tasteless. I was amazed at Vapur and their Excellent service and care for their customers. Thank you VAPUR. You went beyond what I expected and I am a customer for life. I had the bottle in my bag with other item and it did not leak on bit. My four year old got a hold of it and was squeezing the heck out of it and it didn't leak. Great product. ..
