Just as a reference, ive been using mp3 players for decades and my ultimate choice was always Sandisk but they always failed on random playbacks. Sandisk never played all the songs, never it's wierd but they never ever played all the song on the SD card. And I put up with this for a decade or more. Then I found this little Gem This was the only one out of 5 units tested that made the grade. I can't say the other names or this review wouldn't get posted . fair 2 say that this small little, but heavy for it's size won the test. And believe me I am VERY particular. 1st off is that upon turning the unit on (after u have paired multiple BT earphones) it will find and pair ur last paired units. All u have 2 do is scroll to the BT screen and it knows that u r looking 2 pair and it does pair the last units as long as they r turned on. ALL other units tested failed this simple task. This is what I would expect it should do but all the others failed this simple task. 2nd this, like all the rest I tested handles 1/4 TB memory and just like all the others when the card is completely filled with music and u have the random music select on it does take 13 seconds 2 find the next song when "next song" button is pressed. UNLESS u just let it play itself then it buffers the next song before it plays with very little delay. But if u dont like the song playing it will take 13 sec to load the next song. Again this is with the card completely filled with songs which for me is over 4,000 songs so its understandable why picking a radom song takes so long. This happened to every unit I tested so thats the way it is with slow processers. O well. This unit has impeccable battery life and its so small it is definitely my choice and it was mid priced over the units tested. If for some reason this unit fails I will buy the same unit again. It even comes with a clear case protector. I am a very anal person/buyer and this unit impressed me the most so obviously I bought it and after a week of using it I still marvel at the design and size. Buy it youll like it, just dont lose it. PS I have no idea about what comes with this unit. I have my own preferred BT ear pieces and chargers. So to me I usually just throw all that stuff out.
