My family owns 3 pairs of the T10 model and they are solid quality. The T12 model takes that quality and improves upon it. The T12 pair quickly and easily. I had no drop in quality or disconnects going beyond thirty feet and through walls. The 10mm drivers deliver impressive bass and drastically improved sound quality over the standard 8mm or smaller drivers that many other earbuds use. I had to decrease the level of bass on my music player a few notches due to how much bass the T12 boasts. The intuitive touch controls are simple becoming effortless within minutes. The earbuds themselves have an ergonomic and comfortable fit and stay firmly in place even when trying to shake them loose. The design is attractive and has a smooth glossy finish on the exposed side. Very sleek. The water proofing is the real deal. I took these straight into the shower with confidence because I know they will stand up to water just like the T10 model does. They survive daily use in the shower even being submerged for short periods and washed with soap and water. I have dropped them onto hard surfaces with no damage. These can take a beating. The case is a compact with a long battery life capable of charging the earbuds several times over. The digital screen gives a good read on power levels for the internal battery and the earbuds themselves. The wireless charging works great and a micro USB-C is included. I'd like to add that TOZO also makes a great wireless charging station. The earbud's batteries last a more than respectable 3-5 hours depending on use and output. If you are like us and you prefer solid quality at reasonable or better prices without having to shell out extra for more mainstream brands that costs several times more for about the same function than the TOZO T12's are for you. I have come to trust the TOZO brand. Their customer support has always been prompt and satisfactory. They are eager to please which is refreshing.
