I got this for my wife who is trying to correct her posture. She doesn’t wear it out, but whenever she’s home she throws it on and it helps remind her that she needs to stand properly, I can’t say this is a for sure fix, but it has been helping her out a ton, and her muscle memory has been keeping her posture when she doesn’t have it on during the day. This thing definitely helps the problem!
