Works fine with 3M Command Strips instead of drilling.
I've just installed this in the cabinet under my kitchen sink. I didn't want to drill into the new cabinets installed by my landlord so I used 14 of the small Command strips to anchor it to the cabinet floor. I'm also gonna use up my remaining 13 gallon bags with this. They seem to work just fine. Overall I'm very happy with this product!
