This is a long review but I want to try and address all the questions I have had about these as its hard to find someone that will talk openly about their experience based on their situation.I received these a few days ago and wanted to hold off on my review until after wearing them. I have had to wear pads every day and night of my life for the past 15 years due to a botched incontinence surgery. I received these on the 29th and haven't worn a pad in 2 days. I only bought 1 pair because they are costly and I wanted to make sure they held up. I can absolutely attest to this quality of this product!!! When I woke the morning after my first night I was Literally in tears because of how well these held up. Couple of things: 1) I only have 1 pair so I wear them during the day and have been hand washing and machine drying on delicate by themselves. (I don't believe this is necessary but again, I only have 1 pair). The day I received these I wore them to bed because that is when I have my biggest issues. 2) There is zero leaking and zero odor 3) All moisture is pulled away from your skin. My biggest concern was feeling like I was in dirty diaper. Not the case. These pull the moisture away quicker than my pads did. Cough, sneeze, laugh, run, walk, do yoga, WHATEVER challenge you throw at these They can handle it!! 4) These are not 100% cotton but they still breathe. These do not make me sweat like pads do. I live in an area that gets HOT (100+ in the summer). I have worn these in temps up to low 90's and have not had any issues. 5) I know they advertise that these replace "Panty liners" however for me, they replaced "level 4" pads. 6) Added perk, no weggies (Had to throw this in because it def is an added benefit) I was not asked to leave a review, I was not persuaded in any way to leave a positive review. I am simply someone who has struggled with significant incontinence and upon finding these decided the world needed to hear about how amazing these are for someone like me!!! I figure in 2 weeks time you have paid for these by not needing to purchase pads, BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!!!!
