I'm rewriting my review... my first review basically said I did like the product but it didn't click into the Fitbit properly and I was afraid of losing it. I originally posted it as a 3 star... two days after my post I received and email from the company asking for clarification of my unsatisfactory review. They sent me a new band that fits perfectly now and I couldn't be happier. It says a lot about a company that reaches out to YOU and easily could have just went about there business. Great product and even better customer service BRAVO!!
