Update 03-27-2018 The owner contacted me and apologized for my bad experience and for receiving a defective product. She sent me a new bottle and an extra filter. Since the amazing customer service and treatment received I’m updating my review to 5 starts. I hope that I have a better luck with my new infuser. Please give it a try ! This company cares for their customers and the product is amazing. ————————————————— The bottle itself is well made. Very nice in aspect but poor quality. I have been using it everyday for three weeks and I just noticed that it’s starting to have corrosion on the “stainless steel” filter. Promising product with a bad useful life.
