2020 Update: My husband and I are about to move into a house, and we're picking a few containers of this up to have on hand. It's the very first thing we're doing when we go to move in, assuming there won't be rain for 24 hours. I can't imagine living without this stuff. My husband purchased a different brand, and it doesn't work anywhere near as good. Mosquitoes get in our apartment ALL the time. My spray solution at our apartment (I mix a bottle with half of this concentrate and half water) lasts at least six weeks. The current brand he bought only lasts one week, if that long. I don't get the negative views on here. We use this ALL the time. I will say the only mosquito it doesn't repel is the tiger mosquito, but it's not a dealbreaker for me. 2018: I live in an apartment in Houston, and my breezeway is constantly full of mosquitoes. When my fiancé comes in and out every day, or when my parents visit, I’m constantly on them to immediately close the door. I don’t have a hose, so I poured half of the mixture with water, gave it a shake, and sprayed around my front door, along the foundation, and around my balcony. Bugs were dropping like crazy on my patio. I used to have to shut the sliding door really fast, but I’ve barely seen any bugs since spraying the solution. The only mosquito that has managed to get in my apartment is the tiger mosquito, and I’ve seen two in the span of two weeks. That includes a visit from my parents and constantly going inside and outside. Before that, I spent one night killing 18 mosquitoes that had gotten in. I’ve raved about this product to my mom in hopes she’ll use it to keep the bugs away from my parents’ lawn.
