I have been using this for nearly a month. It says it is for 4 slices but what it does not say is that the slots are not divided. This has two very long slots. It can toast 4 regular slices or 2 artisan slices - which is why i got it. It is great. I do not care for the control on the side (and it does not feel that secure) where i cannot see it clearly (so i colored the hole a light gray) to help. Not sure how long it will hang in there. But i like the size of the slots! Took me a while to find it.
