I purchased this disposable underwear to wear after giving birth to my first child. The mesh underwear and pad worn after birth was gross and really frustrating to take on and off. I really wanted to wear something that resembled underwear but could keep me and my clothes clean from blood clots, so I purchased this item. Im so glad I made this purchase! This underwear makes me feel like an actual human and not simply a milk machine for my infant. These pads are very absorbent and comfortable (which is all you can ask for after labor). Full disclosure, I ended up having a c-section. This underwear is high enough to cover and not irritate the scar. Note** I ended up using the size chart on the back of the package, which worked well for me. I went with my pregnancy size and not my pre-pregnancy size. Overall, this product is a postpartum essential. I give this underwear FIVE stars!!
