I don’t write many Amazon reviews but this product really did alter my quality of life. We’ve had 2 new mattresses in less than 5 years and I struggle with neck and shoulder pain. Every morning I would wake up and feel achy and stiff; not ideal for starting the day. As a back and side sleeper, I also had jaw pain from clenching my jaw at night. I will admit this took a few nights to get used to, but by night 4- I wouldn’t want to sleep without this pillow again. Keeps me aligned as I sleep, so much so that I no longer clench my jaw! I wake up without neck and shoulder pain and stiffness, and jaw pain is gone. It’s amazing! I’ve had the pillow a little over a month now so can’t speak to long term holding up, but with how much better I feel and sleep- I’d be willing to buy more than one per year. Try it, you won’t regret. (Tip: I prop my old standard pillow up behind this one so I don’t roll back on it and hit the headboard. First couple nights I felt like I couldn’t keep it in place and the other pillow helped stabilize)
