My go-to water flosser for years.
I love this thing. If you've never used a water flosser before you are really missing out. The smells are gross in the most satisfying way. The emotions go something like..THAT was in my mouth (surprised face), that WAS in my mouth (satisfied face), THAT was in my MOUTH?! (Grossed out face).
I love this particular water flosser because I can use it in the shower. The water tank is only big enough to do half of your mouth at a time but that's no big deal. This model takes batteries but I personally consider that a big plus since I don't need to worry about overcharging it or a non-replaceable battery eventually going bad. The pressure of the stream does decrease as the batteries slowly wear down, but again no big deal IMO. Batteries are cheap (or free at HF).
The folks complaining about mold growing in the water tank puzzles me a little. I don't want to sound pretentious but what are those people doing that leads to mold growth? Let all the water spray out, dump out the few drops that remain in the tank, and leave the lid open so any remaining moisture can dry out. I have had two of these for two years and have never had any mold issues. If you have nasty tap water, perhaps you could consider washing the tank out on occasion. Is washing something that holds water that you're going to put in your mouth not just common sense?
