Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was on this for 3 months and my mood drastically changed and I didn’t know why. This has made me sad, angry and violent. I didn’t realize what was causing it until I did some research on B vitamins side effects. So, I’ve stopped taking it and am back to my normal mellow self. I know this side effect won’t happen to everyone but wanted to share this info for anyone that might have the same experience. I don’t want to rate the product poorly because it’s not the company just my reaction to all B vitamins.
