French pressed coffee is nice with the exception that we've broken two of the glass portions so far. Since we have a Bodum, it gets pretty pricey to buy a replacement - and sometimes its just better off buying a whole new press. After the recent slip and crash of our second one we decided to explore other options. This one is great, affordable, just as sturdy and is compatible with our Bodum press. We've had no problems with it cracking, its just as simple to clean and it gets the job done.
