Let me begin by saying the unsealed grout in my home is my nemesis. (Why the builder did not disclose the unsealed grout continues to bogle my mind, but I digress.) For six years unsealed grout has mocked my very being. It absorbs every possible molecule of dirty mop water, as if saying- the more you clean the worse I look. The struggle has been real. I tried this product without high hopes- I have tried it all to no avail. However, I am pleasantly surprised. While the grout is not perfect, this product has shown the most improvement hands down. With another pass in a few particularly stubborn spots I believe I will be ready to seal the grout and declare victory in my ongoing battle. There wasn’t any odor to speak of, it was a little elbow grease. After I used the agitator brush I did scrub on hands and knees to get the most out of the process. Overall, a very good product. It will need a second pass in a couple areas so I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
