I'm on my second bag. Easy because it's already made up for you. Easy to prepare. Tastes great as well! I have been socking my cancer with many different natural prducts and whole foods, as well as Essiac and Chaga and other teas (Turkey tail, Messina, Black hoof-etc.). My PSA numbers have dropped unbelievably quickly in 7 months from diagnosis of stage 4 prostate cancer. I'm sure Essiac contributes to the equation! I will continue using.
