I really like this back rack. It came in a big box with well written instructions and assembly went with a hitch, get it? haha This rack actually has three locks, one on each bike center tube hook and one on the hitch pin. It can be folded up while on the car if you aren't carrying any bikes. I use a regular hitch pin that doesn't need to be screwed in and the rack feels really solid going down the road. Highly recommended.
