I'm plus sided and these fit well. I also shared with a couple worker who is much smaller than me and they fit her also. goes all the way up to my armpit, or looks decent when folded over just to cover my forearm. Did not cut off my circulation make me sore or itchy. I know a co-worker that has a different brand that I have used, hers is not as good as these are. I would definitely recommend of these for someone who is in the medical field or who just wants to cover up their arm, especially for anyone who is plus size. I would definitely buy these again.
