I live in a condo with really high - about 25 feet - ceilings in parts of my dining and living room areas. Spiders like to hide up in the high corners, but now they are no longer safe! This pole is very sturdy and easy to use, and sturdy even when fully extended. Extending it or shortening it for storage is very easy. It stores readily, at its shortest length, in a standard height bedroom closet, with plenty of room to spare (ceiling height in closet about 7 ft). The included duster is nice and of good quality, and easily detaches if not needed. I am very pleased with this product and in no way disappointed.
